Abstract

This theoretical essay explores the correlation between the seven stages of the Integrative Transper- sonal Approach (AIT) and the system of the seven chakras, proposing an integrative model of hu- man psycho-spiritual development. Grounded in Transpersonal Psychology and Eastern philosoph- ical traditions, the study analyzes the articulation of body, mind, and spirit through the integration of the four experiential axes of consciousness (REIS — Reason, Emotion, Intuition, and Sensation). Through conceptual review and symbolic correspondence, it demonstrates that each stage of AIT resonates with a specific energy center, revealing a path of consciousness expansion and integration. The findings suggest that the synergy between AIT and the chakras forms an evolutionary map that supports both therapeutic practice and self-development, fostering unity among the physical, emo- tional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of human existence.

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta uma análise teórico-interpretativa sobre a correlação entre as sete etapas da Abordagem Integrativa Transpessoal (AIT) e o sistema dos sete chakras, propondo um modelo in- tegrativo do desenvolvimento psicoespiritual humano. Fundamentada em referenciais da Psicologia Transpessoal e das tradições orientais, a pesquisa teórica discute a articulação entre corpo, mente e espírito a partir da integração dos eixos da consciência (REIS — Razão, Emoção, Intuição e Sensa- ção). Por meio de revisão conceitual e correlação simbólica, evidencia-se que cada etapa da AIT encontra correspondência funcional e energética em um centro de consciência específico, revelando um percurso de expansão e integração da consciência. Conclui-se que a sinergia entre AIT e chakras constitui um mapa evolutivo que orienta a prática terapêutica e o autodesenvolvimento, favorecendo a unidade entre dimensões físicas, emocionais, mentais e espirituais do ser humano.
